I'm Troy Wallace — a Texas educator, coach, and athletic leader with more than 33 years of experience shaping student-athletes and building programs that communities are proud of.
Throughout my career, I've focused on what truly creates lasting success: discipline, accountability, relationships, and a daily commitment to standards. Those values have produced over 703 career head coaching victories, multiple regional championships, and a TAPPS 4A State Championship.
Beyond the scoreboard, I'm proud of the young men and women I've had the chance to mentor — helping them grow academically, mentally, emotionally, and athletically. I also bring real-world executive experience as a business owner, with a working knowledge of budgeting, operations, and organizational leadership.
